Top Ten Tuesday – Books I Love Enough to Own

Happy Tuesday! It’s time for Top Ten Tuesday, the weekly feature run by That Artsy Reader Girl where you choose ten books to fit a weekly prompt. This week’s prompt is books I loved so much I had to get a copy for my personal library. This is one that works particularly well for me because I read almost exclusively from the library. I have less than a shelf of books and they are only my true favorites that I plan to reread again and again plus a couple the library doesn’t have that I will sell or donate after reading. So there aren’t 10 but here are the books I adore and actually own so I can reread whenever the mood strikes.

  • A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray (I need to buy the other 2)
  • Harry Potter series
  • The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune
  • The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins
  • Matchmaking for Beginners by Maddie Dawson
  • The Time Traveler’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger
  • The Martian by Andy Weir

    1. That’s one of the reasons I’ll never let those go, I refuse to give her any more money. But my original books I got after waiting at midnight for the release with my friends will always be mine.

  1. Same! I donate the majority of the paper books I read to the library when I’m done with them. I have to really enjoy a book in order to hold onto it. I have the HP and HG series on my shelf as well as THE HOUSE IN THE CERULEAN SEA (although I STILL haven’t read it).

    Happy TTT!
