Current Reads
I’m getting to the end of Spellslinger by Sebastien de Castel. It got a little slow for a bit but it definitely picked up. I’m enjoying the world and characters. I think this is a series that will keep getting better.
I’m still doing my reread of The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins but haven’t read much lately but I’ll see it again in 2022!
Recently Finished
I finished All Systems Red by Martha Wells. I was underwhelmed by this one and ended up giving it 3 stars. It was ok but really didn’t have that quirky, fun vibe I was expecting. Murderbot readily didn’t have any personality or character which I thought was the whole point. It kept my attention and wasn’t bad but I won’t be continuing.
